We publish this statement under Section 14 of Act No. 424/2023 Coll., on accessibility requirements for certain products and services. The website is operated by True Brothers Production, s.r.o., Company ID 04974565.

Description of the service

On this website we offer private cruises aboard the boat Imago Mundi on the Vltava in Prague. You can book a cruise online in the booking window, which opens from the booking buttons on the website. In the window you choose the date, boarding point, number of guests and length of the cruise. The booking window is run by the LetsBook system. You can also send an enquiry about a cruise through the form on the Contact page, by e-mail or by phone. Booking and payment conditions are described in the Terms.

Compliance status

The website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA (ISO/IEC 40500:2025) due to the non-compliances listed below under Non-accessible content.

How the website meets the requirements:

The whole website can be operated with a keyboard. The first stop is a link to skip to the main content, and the element with focus is always visibly marked.
Images that carry information have a text alternative. Screen readers skip decorative images.
Every page has one main heading and is divided into a header, main content and footer.
Text has sufficient contrast against its background, including text over photographs.
Content adapts to screens from 320 px wide and to zoom at 200 % and 400 % without horizontal scrolling.
When reduced motion is turned on in the system, animations and looping videos do not play.
Controls meet the minimum target size for touch.
The menu, booking and gallery windows close with the Esc key, and focus then returns to the button that opened them.

Non-accessible content

Third-party content: the LetsBook booking form inside the booking window. The form is supplied and managed by the LetsBook system. Our evaluation found these non-compliances in it:

The photo of the boat has no text alternative (WCAG 1.1.1 Non-text Content).
The icons of the booking steps have no text name (WCAG 1.1.1 Non-text Content and 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value).
On phones, the icon links to the boarding point, number of guests and cruise length steps have no text name (WCAG 2.4.4 Link Purpose and 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value).
Month names in the calendar have lower contrast than WCAG requires: 4.32 : 1 instead of 4.5 : 1 (WCAG 1.4.3 Contrast).

We are working with the booking system supplier on a fix. Until then you can book a cruise by phone on +420 725 477 446 or by e-mail at info@imagomundi.cz. The booking window also shows this option above the form.

Preparation of this statement

We prepared this statement on 31 October 2026 based on a self-assessment. We tested the website with automated axe-core tests (WCAG 2.2 rules at levels A and AA) on every page type at phone and desktop widths. We checked by hand keyboard operation, the names and roles of elements in the accessibility tree, zoom at 200 % and 400 % and behaviour with reduced motion.

We will review this statement with every major change to the website, and by 31 October 2027 at the latest.
